Once they have chnaged the TAG the domain is in our control. .org .info .biz .name .com .net These domains have an authorisation code. You need to contact our technical support department with this code from your existing/old registrar. You will be required to place this auth code in a FOA email to complete the transfer. the admin email address registered on the WHO IS is where the FOA will be sent. If this email is incorrect then please contact your existing/old registrar to have the email updated. Restrictions to Moving an domain: If a WHO IS admin email address is changed then the domain is placed on registrar lock and can not be moved for 60 days. It is also important to ask the registrar to unlock the domain when requesting the EPP-/Authorisation code as having the domain unlocked will unsure a smooth transfer. Once the Domains are moved: Once the transfer has been done to Active24 they will be on our DNS servers. With a Hosting package you will have web and mail products associated with our server. You can manage you mail accounts, FTP passwords and other features in the MyAccount. You will be required to relaod your domain via FTP and create you email accounts once the transfer is complete. Another feature in the My Account is that you can update you WHO IS information if it is outdated. Glossary of Terms: What is an Authorization (EPP) code? The AUTH code (EPP code) is created at the time a domain is registered. Domain transfer requests must include the AUTH code to confirm transfer authority.
