Change of Contact Info or Whois

MyAccount

Via MyAccount you can change contact information of your service linked to Active24.

MyAccount has all the contact information, statistics, e-mail and web administration linked to all your services with Active24.

Changes undertaken in MyAccount are only updated in our customer database and is not the same for changing the Whois, see below.

Changing of Whois information
Changing of the Whois information means changing of public accessible information linked to your domains. If you want to see what is registered on a domain you can find more information here.
For changing the Whois information for your domain, use this order form.
There you can change contact person, address, telephone number and e-mail address for your domain. When you have sent in the order the domains contact person you will receive an e-mail from us that must be confirmed that the Whois changes should be applied.

Updating of the Whois normally takes 24 – 72 hours from when the request was initiated.

If the e-mail address for the administrative contact person isn’t operational, then it can be changed via MyAccount as described above.

IMPORTANT: If the organizations number or organizations firm name should change on a domain it is then a change of ownership. You cannot send in a change of whois form. Read more about change of ownership here.
