How do I use e-mail?
You can use your email address via Webmail or set it up in your personal e-mail client for example Outlook. See the articles below for more information about e-mail client solutions.
Before you can use e-mail you must set up the e-mail account in MyAccount. Read more about this here.
There are four important items that must be filled in when setting up an e-mail account:
Username: Your e-mail address, for example name@yourdomain.com
Password: You or the administrator sets up in MyAccount when the e-mail account is set up.
Incoming mail server: mamutmail.com
Outgoing mail server: You can use your internet providers outgoing mail server or ours: mamutmail.com
* (if you use our server to send you must tick: my outgoing server (smtp) requires authentication)
Important concerning SMTP (Outgoing mail server)
Multiple internet-suppliers have closed port 25 in their network settings, so that customers that have internet access through these suppliers can only use their SMTP-server (outgoing mail server).
Try to send a test e-mail. If it fails to sent then you must change to the SMTP-server that your internet-supply uses.
