Upgraded Webmail available for Customers registering after 14. May 2008


Active24 is introducing Microsoft Exchange technology across its mail platform. It will feature more advanced yet user friendly services then currently found in Webmail (used to read emails via internet online or emails via a mail client for ex.. Microsoft Outlook).

 

 

A majority of our customer base has been recently upgraded/moved over to the new email platform and will have experienced visual enhancements that are currently not available on webmail (The old mail system).

 

For customers registering email services from Active24 after 14. May 2008 or customers who have already received upgrades on the mail platform (You would have received a email regarding this), you can log into the new Webmail: https://mamutmail.com


Customers with emails registered from Active 24 between: April 2007 and 14. May 2008 must continue to use: https://exchange.active24.com for Webmail.


The webmail system consists of the standard settings for logging in as seen before although the interface is different:




 

Once you have logged into the account you can navigate from the left hand side menu and shortcuts on top of the panel.

 




 

The help function is showed above circled in red once clicked will open help files listing the contents associated with that section of the interface. For example. Clicking on the  help icon while on the ‘inbox’ will open all help files related to the Inbox.

 

In the helpfile you can also search for contents that are not access able in webmail. For example:
Alternative password This is not access to all the passwords as available in https://myaccount.active24.com
Alternative Calendar: This is associated with the Business mail account as shown here
