Important notes regarding account creation:

Your mail will now be directed to the accounts you have setup in MyAccount.
Please make sure that you have created all accounts\alias's\forwards needed, or mail will bounce.

Please note the following when creating new accounts

· Username: This is the email address you would like to create.

· Display Name: This is the name you want your mail to come 'from' when people receive it.

· Given Name: Your first name. However this does not need to be a person’s name.

· Surname: Your last name. However this does not need to be a person’s name.

· Forward: Enter an email address here to forward all mails to another email address.

· Leave a copy on server: If you would like to forward mail to another email address and the POP account itself.

· Alias: Allows you to create other email accounts for the domain without creating a POP box.

· Password Fields: Passwords need to be at least 6 characters.

· Description: This is for your own personal records\ account description

· Account quota: You can select the amount of server space you want to allocate to this POP account.
