Important notes regarding Outlook setup

1. Please ensure that the pop settings are exchange.active24.com

2. The username which previously use to be just the box name in VI is now replaced with the full email address.

3. The password will be the password that you have created in MyAccount when adding the mail accounts.

This will enable the mail to be downloaded successfully.
