Important notes regarding SPAM filtering

In the new Exchange platform, all email flagged as SPAM will be downloaded when you send\receive and will be sorted by your mail client.


Log into Webmail If you want to stop this from happening.
1. Click on 'OPTIONS'.

2. Under "Privacy and Junk E-mail Prevention", please check the "Filter Junk Email" checkbox.

This means that all SPAM flagged by our system will be moved to your Junk Email folder within your webmail on the server.


Please check this regularly to make sure you do not miss important emails.
