Internationalized Domain Names, or IDNs, are web addresses in your own language. Until now, browsers and email clients did not support the use of IDNs. There are some internet browsers that support this.

Moving a domain AWAY FROM Active 24 There are 3 main things you have to make sure is ok, before moving your domain from Active 24.
Is the domain locked? This you can see in the WHOIS information on the domain. Most types of domains have a status. The most common statuses are:
Is the WHOIS information updated? Many providers send an email to the email address listed in your WHOIS information, to confirm that you are the owner. If the email address on your domain is not updated, you might get problems moving the domain. You can order a change of WHOIOS information here >>
The different types of domains have different regulations so the procedures for moving them, can also be a bit different.
.uk These domains need a TAG change. You can contact our technical support department to have this changed.
.com .net These domains do not require any authorisation code or tag change. After your new provider has started the transfer it will be auto-accepted after 5 days. .org .info .biz .name These domains have an authorisation code. You need to contact our technical support department in order to receive this code. We will then send it to your email address that is registered in your control panel. |
