Cancellation


You can cancel your domain name by clicking here.

Before cancelling, all invoices must be paid and the cancellation must reach us 30 days before the new period starts. Domain and web hosting are services we deliver, NOT products, and do not follow usual regulations regarding cancellation. A service that has been fully given can not be returned. Domains that are registered on our DNS servers are not refundable.

Annulment periods of ordering are:

Private customers:
Domain: DIFFERENT FOR INDIVIDUAL COUNTRY
Web: DIFFERENT FOR INDIVIDUAL COUNTRY

Businesses and organisations:
Domain: None
Web: None

Downgrading

If you would like to cancel your webhosting with Active 24, but keep the rights to your domain name, you can just downgrade your package to contain only the domain name. All outstanding invoices must be paid. If you have just received an invoice, be sure to downgrade within days before the new period starts.

The files stored on your webspace etc. will disappear once the paid period runs out.
