New ACTIVE 24 Payment System. New ACTIVE 24 Payment System. ACTIVE 24 has renewed its payment system completely. This article shows you how to pay your services at ACTIVE 24.
The ACTIVE 24 Payment system works as follows:
Pro forma payment request
You can order or renew products and services at ACTIVE 24. Immediately after the order or extension you will receive an e- mail. The mail is automatically sent to the contact mail address, as listed in the Customer Centre at "Contact", under "My Details". You will find the "Pro-forma invoice", in the e- mail attachment. This is a payment request for your ACTIVE 24 products and services.
IMPORTANT: The Pro Forma Invoice serves as a summary of the order or extension of your products and services at ACTIVE 24. Pro Forma payment request is NOT a VAT invoice. It is NOT possible only to receive a VAT invoice. You can pay for your services only through the pro forma request for payment. We do not provide any other documents.
Pay your ACTIVE 24 invoice online. Once you receive the Pro-forma invoice, you have 10 days to fulfill your request for payment .
IMPORTANT: Pay on time! This will ensure your services not to block and your domain name not to come into quarantine.
ACTIVE 24 offers the following online payment options:
Pay online through the payment link in the Pro-forma invoice .
Click on the payment link in the Pro-forma invoice. You are redirected to the online payment ACTIVE 24.
By credit or debit card in the 24 ACTIVE Customer Centre. .
Log into the ACTIVE 24 Customer Centre, go to "Order & Payment". Click "Payment". Click on "Pay". You will be redirected to the online payment ACTIVE 24.
IMPORTANT: Automatic banktransfers are currently NOT possible. Did you pay for your ACTIVE 24 services before February via automatic bank transfer? Automatic bank transfers to former Active24 Bank details are no longer accepted as valid payment . Please contact our customer support department.
After ACTIVE 24 has received your payment, your products and services will be activated or renewed.You can check in your Control Panel:
Log in to the ACTIVE 24 Customer Centre
Go to "Services". Choose the service to choice.
Then click on your domain name.
Then you can view your service and setting .

IMPORTANT: ACTIVE 24 products or services will only be active after the payment.
Immediately after the payment, you will receive an e-mail. The e-mail is automatically sent to the contact e-mail address, as listed in the Control Panel.
In the e-mail attachment, you can find the tax invoice as a PDF. 15 days after the Pro Forma payment request is sent, you can find the tax invoice also in your Control Panel:

Go to "Ordering and Payment".
And then to "Payment".
Here you will also find the status of the Pro Forma Request for payment and the VAT invoice and you can print your invoices.
